About Us

Hilton Ross-Munro is an attorney admitted to practice in South Africa and Lesotho. Hilton moved to Tampa, Florida in 2000.

He soon became interested in small, women-owned, minority-owned and veteran-owned small businesses. He studied the difficulties and complexities they face when registering as vendors with various Federal, State, County, City and Corporate purchasing agencies. His years of careful attention to complex legal details made him ideally skilled and suited to help these businesses through the maze of red tape they face. He explored how these certifications could be used most effectively by busy small business owners.

Hilton is Vice President of Competency & Performance Solutions, or CPS, a training and business consultancy, owned by his wife Glynis. CPS isĀ  a woman-owned and minority-owned small business. Hilton and Glynis both work tirelessly as directors of the International Business Summit: Glynis as secretary to the Board, and Hilton is Director of Sponsorship. They have two sons: Greg has an MBA and a Masters of Science in Entrepreneurship from University of South Florida and is CEO of SourceToad. Graeme has a Masters in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon, and is responsible for communications for the Office of Child Development at the University of Pittsburgh.
